By enrolling your child at an Imagine School, you create the foundation for a lifetime of success. Our unique approach to education combines personal attention, inspirational teaching, a proprietary integrated curriculum and technologically advanced instruction in a small class setting. Again and again, parents tell us that our schools have done more for their children than they had ever imagined was possible.


New Student Enrollment

If your child is not currently attending Imagine School at Rosefield and you are interested in having him/her do so, please complete the application for the appropriate school year found below. You will be redirected to our online enrollment portal.  To begin this process, each family will be required to create a one-time "family" account to manage their child's information. This same account can be used yearly to complete an Intent to Return for a returning child and/or enroll a new child.  If you are unable to create an account or run into any problems accessing your online enrollment account, please contact your school.  

Once we have received your child's application you will be notified of seat availability.  You will then receive instructions to complete the remaining registration process.  Once accepted, students need not re-apply annually. He/she will be enrolled in all subsequent grades.  (See Intent to Return)

Student Enrollment for 2024-2025

Enrollment (Grade K-5) -  English   /  Spanish
  • Kindergarten students should be age 5 by September 1st.
  • Please note, there is a $600 Enrichment Fee for Kindergarten
  • **Exceptions may be made by Administration on a case by case basis. If the fee above presents a hardship or would otherwise discourage a family from participating in the kindergarten program, parents may inquire about a waiver process by contacting the school principal via email or phone.

Two- Step Enrollment/Registration Process




Intent to Return (returning students)

Families with children currently attending Imagine Schools will be emailed instructions, using our online enrollment portal, to complete the Intent to Return process.  Parents will be required to verify the child's home address and emergency contact information prior to submission.  The Intent to Return process is designed so that we may begin planning for the upcoming school year.  Your submissions are integral in providing data for student seating, staffing and program availability.

Lottery Process 

A lottery date is established prior to the first day of school. On that date, the number of enrolled and pre-enrolled students in each grade is compared with the available seats. If there are more applicants than available space, a lottery process will be used to determine randomly which of the pre-enrolled students will be admitted. The remaining applicants will be placed on a waiting list. For grades that are not over-subscribed, enrollments will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis.

Imagine Schools admits children of any race, religion, color, gender, physical handicap, national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities made available at our schools. Preference is given to siblings of enrolled students and children of Imagine Schools’ employees.
